Ebor Hope Specialist Leaders of Education

SLEs are outstanding middle and senior leaders with at least two years leadership experience in one or more of the following:

  • Leadership and management
  • Pupil achievement
  • Quality of teaching
  • Behaviour and safety

SLEs focus on developing the capacity and capability of other leaders so that they have the skills to lead their own teams and improve practice in their own schools.

SLEs will also specialise in one or more areas of the curriculum.

EborHope TSA will identify a leader with the skills and experience to provide the level of support required to ensure that the deployment has the best chance of working effectively in your school.

“Working as an SLE has supported my professional development, allowing me to experience different educational settings, support a wide range of colleagues and bring lessons learnt home to my own school.”
