This programme will provide NQTs with a wider understanding of the changing educational landscape and an opportunity to explore different leadership pathways.

Moving Towards Mastery Teaching

An opportunity for teachers early in their career to engage in a vibrant, supportive but challenging teaching and learning community.

National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL)

The programme will provide a personalised learning journey, enabling delegates to learn from both education and non- education specialists.

National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)

The National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) is the nationally accepted route into headship.

National Professional Qualification for School Leaders (NPQSL)

The National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) is a qualification that provides national recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement as a senior leader.

The National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML)

The NPQML is a qualification that provides national recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement as a middle leader

Church School Leadership

This course is designed to complement participants undertaking NPQH in preparation to lead in Church of England schools.

This course is for headteachers, school leaders and practitioners at all levels of experience across EYFS and KS1.
