Women in Leadership coaching programme gets off to a flying start
EborHope TSA hosted a very successful induction event for the Women in Leadership coaching programme in December at All Saints School. We had fantastic presentations by Jane Elsworth, Director of Huntington Research School, ‘Women into leadership: the facts, the barriers and the opportunities’ and Maxine Squire, Assistant Director Education and Skills, City of York Council, ‘Women Leading in Education, why is this important to the city of York’.
Currently we have 26 coachees paired with coaches, many of whom have already had their first coaching sessions.
The coaching sessions will continue throughout the year with a focus on developing leadership skills, exploring opportunities and challenges in the current educational climate. We are very excited to be building a local network – over 50 colleagues are currently involved!
If you would like further information and/or would like to be involved either as a coach or a coachee, please contact Rachel Snowden
